As Halloween draws near, we want to share some important information about community access during this festive season. First, if you are inviting guests into the community, please utilize our e-pass service, which emails your guests their pass and expedites their entry into the community. Also, please note that service providers are not permitted into the community on Halloween, October 31. Examples of service providers include contractors, delivery drivers (like DoorDash or pizza delivery), furniture deliveries, HVAC services, home cleaning services, landscapers/pool services, plumbing services, and ride share apps (like Uber or Lyft). Please note that this does not apply to in-home healthcare services. If you have a service provider needing access to the community, please add them as a temporary guest for the day.
